Her pain-management background includes extensive experience with image-guided spine procedures and multidisciplinary care — experience that informs the medical mindset behind NoCo MedSpa & IV Therapy.

Dr. Gillespie has held leadership roles within Northern Colorado and Colorado medical organizations, including years of service with the Northern Colorado Medical Society.
Her professional leadership has included serving as president and medical director of physician organizations supporting healthcare providers throughout Colorado.
Dr. Gillespie founded the Systems of Care Initiative, a Northern Colorado nonprofit focused on advance care planning and helping people communicate healthcare wishes before a medical crisis.
Dr. Gillespie has spent decades practicing and participating in medicine in Northern Colorado. Away from the clinical setting, she and her husband live on a Northern Colorado cattle and sheep ranch and train and trial border collies.
