Is NoCo MedSpa physician-led?
Yes. NoCo MedSpa is physician-led by Dr. Gillespie, a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain-management specialist. Medical treatments are planned according to the individual patient's health history, goals and clinical needs.
Do I need to know which treatment I want before I schedule?
No. You can start with the goal you want to address. The NoCo team can help you compare appropriate options and build a plan rather than expecting you to choose a device or treatment on your own.

NoCo is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

How are EMSELLA, EMFACE and EMSCULPT NEO different?

What is EMSELLA?
EMSELLA is a non-invasive pelvic-floor stimulation treatment performed while the patient remains fully clothed and seated.
What is EMFACE?

What is EMSCULPT NEO?

How long does an EMSCULPT NEO session take?

What is EXION?

IV Therapy
What is IV therapy?
IV therapy delivers fluid and selected ingredients directly into a vein. The specific formulation should be selected according to the patient's goals, health history and whether the ingredients are medically appropriate.
What can an IV contain?
IV formulations may include fluids, vitamins, minerals or other selected ingredients depending on the protocol. Not every ingredient or formulation is appropriate for every patient.
What are the potential risks of IV therapy?
Possible risks include bruising, discomfort, bleeding, infiltration, irritation or inflammation of the vein, infection and reactions to infused ingredients. Individual medical conditions can create additional considerations.
Is IV therapy appropriate for everyone?

Are all IV drips the same?
